Iv been training for about 4 years,now started on gear first course was 2ml of equipoise a week for 5 weeks,and clens for the same amount of weeks.strength went up 20 kg on every thing,loosing a lot of fat and muscle mass iss going up slowely.
Im thinking of going on to my 2nd coarse after being off it for month and a half.
Im thinking of doing equiipoise 2ml a week,deca 1ml a wek and three tabs of clen a day.
Im hoping to achive more muscle mass and loosing more fat.will i achive this by doing the 2nd course,i need smoe pointers because im new to this.
