need help

i'm 6'1" 195lbs kinda out of shape i'm looking to shred quickly and gain about 20lbs of lean mass any lifting programs dieting or supplements that can be recommended will be much appreciated. not too worried about being strong as much as looking good but would def like to gain both

clean up the diet
supplements are just that, they supplement your diet

consistncy is key, nothing is gonna happen over night


i'm sure others will have more good stuff for ya
 
195lbs at 6'1"...doesn't sound like your carrying too much bodyfat, so i don't think it would be too hard for you to shred up, that'll just come from proper diet. I guess the first question that needs to be asked is...what is your body type? Ectomorph? If this is the case and you're actually looking to gain some more lean mass, you're gonna need to eat, eat, eat. At least 1 gram of protein per lb of body weight, and steadily increase. As far as training goes, get started with the basics and stay consistent. Find a training split that works for you. I personally have to go 4 on 3 off because of work and family. Most people like their rest days spread out...that's up to you.
