Need help

I am 41 and have been a fitness trainer for 10 years. I am now realizing that I need to do more for me. What can I do help myself. No work out partner. I need a new plan!

I'm 41, 5'6", weight is between 130 and 135. My body fat is 15%, I work out no less than four days a week but aim for five to six. Weight training everyday and cardio at least three days for 20 to 30 minutes after my workout. I eat pretty clean, still trying to up my protein intake, missing about 10 to 20 grams per day. Not much into supplements.
 
Are you looking to run an aas cycle or just looking for a workout routine? If your looking for a solid training program I suggest a push,pull, legs split.
