need help with weight loss???

joe friday

New member
I have been on a cycle 11 weeks, sust.600 per week,eq 600 per week, mastron the last 5 weeks 150mg. eod. the last week HGH 3iu ed I'v put on a good 18to 20 lbs. I am now at 204lbs. My ? is that I need to loose 15lbs by the 19th of Oct. due to a fight I was not expected to get, I was not going to fight until next year "MMA fighter" ...I have some Tren ace,Anavar, Test cip, Deca, just about anything I might need........I need a 4 week cycle to loose some water and weight and still stay lean and STRONG.... I do cardio 2 times a day, I have cut my weight training to 3 times a week...........................Thanks for any advice...

change your diet. and please don't tell me your diet fine. its all about calories in vrs calories used.

a cycle is no substitute for proper nutrition

I have a very clean diet allways, diet is not the best way to get rid of the water, I have never done a cutting cycle,I just need to lean out, and I know that some gear works better than others...maybe you did not understand the question it was not about my frecken diet.....

haha mr nitro is always right he put my ass back in line so lisen too him.. hes just trying to help. Drop the gear if ur diet isant good its not worth your time.

How about cardio I read once that it helps drop both fat and water. Have you heard of it?

Diet is everything joe friday.. even if your gear was help you lose some body fat... what do you think is gonna happen when you come off your cycle. If your not loosing cut more cals, up the cardio.. run int he morning before you eat on an empty stomach

maybe you all posted with out reading the thread,I cardio am, and pm, and my diet is good, Don't tell me that BB don't change there gear precontest... Maybe I'm not going to get the answer I'm looking for...

sounds like your looking for answer you want to hear bro....gear will not make you lose weight!! period! its all about diet and cardio, you must create a calorie defecit...the only thing gear will do is help you hang on to hard earned muscle better...i would even venture to say that if your using aromitizing gear that you may be holing an additional 5lbs or so of water...if your not losing weight training mma, doing cardio 2x a day and lifting 3x a week then for sure check your calories, something is very off...just because your eating "clean" doesnt mean your not taking in too much cals...join www.fitday.com and start logging in your foods, this will track cals and all macros then post it up and i or someone else will be able to help you...good luck bro

Joe also not all cardio is =. I was talking to a guy at the gym and he was telling me how hard he was hitting the cardio. He was getting his heart rate up to 155-160 for as long as he could! That is not cardio that is the best way to eat muscle, I know I was a fat bastard and went from 240+ down to 192 with slow cardio, I was almost 40 so I would keep my heart rate under 128b/m. I don't know what your cardio routine so I cannot comment further other than its either diet 1st and cardio 2nd. Gool luck to finding your answer.

everyone is right about diet and cardio, but I'm gonna try to feild your question. As a wrestler myself I'm gonna assume you have a good grasp on diet as a weight class athlete. I would switch cacrdio to HIIT to help burn through fat and water fast, but if I really want to dry out I go with low dose of test prop, fina, and mast. Also adding in a thermogenic. Always tightens and dries me up in a hurry. When it's a water issue I don't know if it really help much but I do cardio out in the heat when possible, but I'm in Florida so it's always hot.

Remember to take the water into account on diet, low salt and all those types of small tweeks. Good luck in the diet and fight bro!

sorry, if i was a little short with some of yall...I should have fraze my question different, I know how to cut weight, but on this cycle I gained alot of muscle, and more strenght then I ever have, And I would like to keep all I can...Thanks for your time and advice...

I was hoping your diet looked like this...because we can do so much to cut your fat from here.

My suggestion: cut out your carbohydrates. All of them. Replace them with high protein/high fat meals. That, along with your intense schedule and the hormones will shred you.

Oh, and carbup once a week. That will spare your muscle.

Your HIIT will likely suffer, but you'll cut soo much fat. Trust me.

drop the no explode
limit your complex carbs to pre workout...dextrose and shake pwo all other meals high pro mod fat low carb...when you start getting really flat and wore down refeed... (props to onebreath for this info)take in 50% normal pro, keep fat to zero or only a few grams per meal and eat just fast acting carbs amd alot of them..i put down 700-1000+ per refeed
heres some more info

cycle i would do

test p 100 mg eod
tren a 100 mg eod
mast 100 mg eod
t3 50-75 mcg ed
that will get you shredded as long as diets on point

What hayez said is a good example of a TKD, which by my own and close friends experimentation, provides more permanent fat loss, but its SLOWER than ACTUAL CKD.

Yeah leave it to Hayez to tell us how its done! Whats up Hayez?
