Need Help With the routine!

Alright, After been snobbed off from IM.com for thinking that I can do DC routine. I thought why not put a routine together and ask u guys what you think about it. First of all, i been training for 2 years in a row, started with 5X5 and then took Max-OT routine, had pretty good with both routine. I really wanted to change as i got sick of doing the same 4-6 reps routine over and over again. anyways, here's the routine i put it together using DC principals.Its based on 2 variations, which i'll change after 4 weeks and taking week off. so here it goes:

Day 1
Chest/ Triceps

Flat press: 15 reps: 8,4,3 Rest pause
Incline Press: 12 reps:6,4,2 Rest Pause

Reverse grip tricep press: 15 reps:8,4,3 RP
Triceps Ext: 12 reps:6,4,2 RP

Day 2
Back/Biceps
Deadlifts: 2x6-8 rp
Barbell Rows: 15 reps: 8,4,3 Rest pause

Biceps curls: 15 reps: 8,4,3 Rest pause
hammer curl: 12 reps:6,4,2 Rest Pause

Day 3
Shoulders/ Legs/ Abs
Millitary Press: 15 reps: 8,4,3 Rest pause

Squats: 15x1 reps

leg raise: 15x2
incline crunches: 15x2

Extreme stretches after the workout

Please tell us what you guys think about it

That is horrible.

Why not do the DC two way split the way Dante recommends but all straight sets?

I would never ever rest pause bb rows or deadlifts regardless of my routine.
