need help with reps and sets

what is the best combination of the reps and sets for getting cut, for barbell bench press? and what is the best combination for size, for squats?

for size you generally wanna aim for atleast 8 reps. anything less is usually strength training. there is no secret combination of reps to get cut. that is 100% your diet.
 
everyone is alittle bit different for ideal rets and sets. change it up and find what works best for your body
