she just now is getting over a ruptured achilled tendon injury and is looking to loose weight. Shes about 130lbs at 5'2 and 53 yrs old..she wants to get down to 100-110. Pre menopause up until 49/50 she was 98lbs and was skinny/active her whole life (she's the one who got me into working out). This is what i suggested supplement wise so far...also..she wants to avoid stimulants...
per day:
glucommannan 3 grams
6 grams CLA
200mg CoQ10
1 gram cinammon per meal+ginger 1 gram (to lower insulin levels, help digestion)
-3 grams omega 3's
(i already think she uses the vit c, calcium, and vit e, and multi vit)
Now what else can i add here, and a good stimulant free fat burner she wants also. Could i give her 25mcgs T3 perhaps? or is this a nono?
as for her diet im thinking 1200 calories with a 45/45/10 protein/carbs/fat ratio..foods mostly cottage cheese, low carb milk, fish, lean chicken/turkey, sweet potatoe, vegetables, oatmeal, a couple fruits, and some fast GI carbs with an isolate protein shake post w/o. 5 meals a day. Shes lucky to have a competitor as a son...hahahaha . Any suggestions though folks?
anything at all would be appreciated here...even just help with the fatburner would be awsome.
thanks!
