need help with my cycle...

i'm starting a new cycle with deca, susta, d-ball and win... i need some help with the dosage of the antiestrogens!
when i should take the arimidex/nolva or clomid...
haven't bought the antiestogens yet, cuz i dont know how much i'll need....


the cycle looks like this:

week 1-6: Deca 400ml/w
week 1-6: Susta 250ml/w
kickstarting week 1-3 with 20mg d-ball ED
week 7-10: finishing off with Winstrol 50mg ED


all comments on my cycle are welcome
and please help me with the antiestrogens!!

The Deca and Sust need to be used for 8 weeks minimum as they both take 3-4 weeks to take affect. I would do this
D-Bol at 25-30mg/Day for weeks 1-4
Deca at 300-400mg/week for weeks 1-10
Sust at 500mg/week for weeks 1-10
Arimidex at .50mg/Day or EOD through out your cycle
Clomid 3 weeks after your last shot, start with 300mg/day for your first day of use then take 100mg/Day for the next 6 days of that week, the next week take 50mg/day and the final week take 50mg/every other day. Good luck!

You can throw the Winny in at the end of your cycle for the last 4-5 weeks but I don't feel it is nessasary
