Need help with maybe supplements!

I do cardio 5-6 days a week weight train 3 days. 5-6 days abs.

Typical Diet:

Breakfast: 3 egg whites, 45 cal cheese, 2 slice turkey bacon, 1 slice whole wheat bread

Lunch: 3 oz chicken or fish and 1 cup of broccoli, Brussel sprouts or asparagus.

Snack: yogurt or cottage cheese and blueberries

Dinner: 3 oz chicken or fish and 1 cup of broccoli, Brussel sprouts or asparagus.

Basically I've plateaued I believe. How do I break this. Any suggestions on supplements preferably without stimulants. I have belly fat I need to get rid of :(. I have about 15lbs to go
 
Diet looks good maybe change up your training. Cardio abs less and more hardcore weight training to bust down the walls of your plateau

Lunch: 3 oz chicken or fish and 1 cup of broccoli, Brussel sprouts or asparagus.

Snack: yogurt or cottage cheese and blueberries not bad but not great either depending on the yogurt choice lots of hidden sugars

Dinner: 3 oz chicken or fish and 1 cup of broccoli, Brussel sprouts or asparagus.

What is your macro break down looks like you are under eating plug your food into fitday to get the daily totals. At quick glance I would say you are not eating enough.

Also you should be lifting weights only doing cardio will make you skinny fat which means you will look good in clothes but not naked
