need help with lower pecs

im gonna start doing decline but when i do it at the end of my chest workout it kills my triceps and i cant really feel it in my lower chest, if i do it at the begining then it takes away for my flat bench.
any help appreciated
 
do decline and incline every other week...
then do flat (1st) and decline other week... or somthing of that nature...

Your trying to impore your lower pecs why do you care about your flat bench? What's so important about your flat bench? Personally I don't do flat bench much at all.
 
Don't be so hung up on the Flat Bench, We all know it is pretty and shiney and every one loves it. It is the ultimate test of your manhood and all. lol

Leave the flat bench jump on those declines like you mean it brother. get you some!!
