need help with growing legs

ok this is the only part of my body that does not want to grow and would love some help....anyways i'm 6'2" and my thigh is 23.5" at 185 at about 10%at the thickest part but would like to get a good 2" ......my current routine is:
last workout
Squats
135x5
185x5
240x5
240x5
240x5
all a little below parallel
3 sets of leg extenstions and leg curls

sometimes i'll add in lunges to change it up a little bit.....
so any advice on how to get them to grow?
 
When was the last time you tried to get 6 reps with 240 ? or 7 reps ?

Its also possible with your individual muscle fiber make up your legs "may" and I repeat "may" respond better to a lil higher rep scheme say around 8 to 12 reps. Sometimes you have to tweak the ol squat/leg workout around a lil to see what works for ya. Do low reps one workout, do a lil higher reps another workout, or get em all and do lows and highs in same workout (pyramid). Having said all that, I will commend you on the simple fact that your squating your ass off !!!! I always have respect for someone who squats balls to the wall........... :)
 
It's weird how different bodies react.. when I did a routine like yours my thighs blew up.

You can try different things:
- Go deeper on squats - go down until your hams touch your calves.
- Do higher reps

But it seems like you are not eating enough. Don't worry about putting on a little fat. Put on 40 pounds and see how big your thighs get. You can always cut later.
 
There is only one way to find out Kunta. Do both front and regular squats. Start out with fronts then really load the bar up finish with regular squats. You can do the somewhat higher reps with the fronts (8 - 12) and go lower rep and heavy with the reg. squats. The problem is what works for one doesn`t necessarily work for all of us which is why you have to experiment and tweak things around till you find your groove..........
 
Start eating more then you currently are. this is more of a problem then you realise. if you're not growing, you're not eating enough
