ok this is the only part of my body that does not want to grow and would love some help....anyways i'm 6'2" and my thigh is 23.5" at 185 at about 10%at the thickest part but would like to get a good 2" ......my current routine is:
last workout
Squats
135x5
185x5
240x5
240x5
240x5
all a little below parallel
3 sets of leg extenstions and leg curls
sometimes i'll add in lunges to change it up a little bit.....
so any advice on how to get them to grow?
