when i was active athlete the last thing i wanted were joint issues. i dont know how sensitive your joints are but mine had problems if they dried out. stay away from winny imo some dont have problems but if my joints get dry it takes two months for them to get back to normal and a lot of times that was in season so i just had to sack up but that shit sucked.
it depends a lot on what sport and what your job is on the team. I played a few sports and one cycle that i can say was most beneficial to all was test+eq. unless your trying out to be a linemen, speed endurance strength take precedence over size. if you're 210 5'11 you are pretty close to a sustainable peak physically. if you load up on a 750 test e 400 deca cycle you're going to have a hard time maintaining that in season. I strongly recommend something light because you have fresh receptors. 300 test-e 400 eq/ week 8-12 weeks (10 works best for me) I started experimenting with orals on top of that but benefit overall from doing so is debatable.
there are a lot of variables for an athlete and the individual body but you will keep 10 lbs lean from this and thats huge when you are at your physical peak.
