So ive been on trt for about 8 months now. At 200mg Test cyp every 10 days. However i split the shots up smaller and more frequent. I started having libido issues....no wood. No drive. Unable to maintain....my nipples felt sore, so i started Adex at .25mg EOD. The Adex never seemed to help and made it worse i believe. I would sometimes stop the Adex for a week to see if i was missing my sweet spot, but nothing changed so i would go back on it. Well rescently i started getting very bad anxiety and muscle and joint soreness. So i figured it was time for some blood work. (My doc will only test test levels on me for some reason) I went and got both the female panel and the sensitive E2 panel. These were the results.

Test serum 1014. 348-1197
LH <.2 1.7-8.6
FSH .3. 1.5-12.4
Estradiol 9.8. 7.6-42.6
Estradiol sensitive 6. 3-70

I stopped Adex 5 days before this test. So im sure my E2 was lower before the test. It has been a month today since i stopped Adex and im still having crazy Anxiety and have trouble working out because when i get out of breath i start to panic. Im still sore muscles and joints and libido is tanked. So my question being, can it really take longer then a month for my E2 to rebound? Ive started DHEA and Preg to try and bring my E2 up and nothings changed. Been taking those for about 2 weeks.
Any suggestions? This anxiety and libido issue is driving me insane.....should i just wait longer? Up my test dose for a couple weeks to get some conversion?

If you have anxiety, that is probably contributing the largest factor to your libido. Sex drive is very mental, and if you have anxiety nothing will work. I'm not sure what is causing that issue but I don't think it has anything to do with your estrogen levels. You are low but still within range. The low estrogen is contributing to your sore joints but you really need to get with your doc to address the anxiety issue

Ive never had anxiety before. It started pretty much the same time the sore joints started.

Main question is can it really take this long for E2 to rebound? I guess another bloodwork is in order.

Have you had a full thyroid panel done?

Okay, just re-read your post. Being on test drop the DHEA. I like pregnenolone and take it, so does hubby but honestly, I've only found one brand worth a damn, which is Nutrascriptives SR. We take 1 50 mg capsule in the a.m.

I had a look at my last blood screens. Numbers go all the way back to Salt Lake 10/1/00 and they all look relatively OK, but my AST is off the chart which means I've got to layoff the weekend parties or I won't have a liver!
