Need help with diet!

hi everyone
I was wondering if you can give me some advice. Ill be seeing some of my out of country friends in about 10 weeks , whom I have seen in almost 8 years, and I want to be in the best shape of my life for that. Some info about me. Im 24 years old, been training for about 3 years (2 years serious). 6'1" tall, 250 lbs, bodyfat around 17 %. (no gear, but 3 PH cycles)

I want to get down to under 10% BF. College is over SO Ill have a lot of free time. (not working during the summer), I want to dedicate all my time to BB.
Right now I workout 4-5 days a week, 12-16 sets for chest legs and back, 4-8 for arms ashoulders etc each bodypart once every 6 days or so.
I need some help with the diet considering Im gonna be using some PH's. Im gonna run M1T, 1-test transdermal and some trimax for an 8 week cycle
like:

M1t week 1-3
1test TD week 1-8
Trimax week 4-8
** yes i l know about the lethargy and tierd feeling
PCT: Nolva/6OXO

My diet will be as:

Meal 1 10 egg whites, oatmeal
Meal 2 1 grilled chicken breast/boiled vegs
Meal 3 2 cans of tuna
Meal 4 1/2 lb steak
Meal 5 2 cans of tuna
Meal 6(b4 bed) Protien shake

sup with flax oil

Im not sure how many calories is that but since Im getting enough protien . I was thinking about REALLY dropping my other calories and do cardio 7 days a week . The Ph's should help with preserving muscle while I loose the BF. I dont care about gaining muscle at this time. I just want to get ripped without losing significant lean mass.
thanks for any advice

**At 250, what is the maintence calories?** weight times 10?

maintenance for you would be around 3000kcals. YOU NEED to worry about your cals. Calories count. You'll get nowhere not counting your calories... all the protein in the world won't make you cut :( gotta burn more than you put in. Go through your diet and figure out the cals, protein, carbs, fat and post up.

Cmon guys help me out plsss

Do the math dude. Like Hawaii50 said. We're not here to do your homework just cause schools out, bro. Are you getting any carbs besides oatmeal? Gotta fuel those workouts man. If you put the time in a nd do it right you don't need to waste your money on prohormones to " save muscle" Cutting, is cutting, you need to know where you are, be consistant and adjust as needed. Then we can help you fine tune if you are sticking somewhere.

some problems w/your current diet.
1. not enough carbs eat complex starchy carbs the first three meals then switch to fiborous carbs and add your flax etc.(you can have hi-gli carbs post workout)
2. 7 days cardio is two much. 6 days max start at 25 min and increase weekly till 60min(if you start at 60 you'll start fast and then stall).
3. AM cardio on an empty tank, have a cup of coffee to get started
4. like the others suggested figure your calories, diets are and individual thing.
