need help with cycle

if im going to inj 400 mg of test a week and 4oomg of eq. a week how do i space them out or do i do it all in one shot thats quiet a bit of juice in one shot just wondering........

I'd do something like 200mg of each every three days.

I'd do something like 200mg of each every three days.

I would also do 200 mg of each twice a week (unless your EQ is 50 or 100 mg/ml...then maybe a little differently...)
