well if you been lifting for a while, adding db's to your routine is a good idea. start mixing your chest press up- using db's will work all the stabilising muscles around the chest, as they fight to keep it's path stable, promoting more growth. incline is great for upper chest, i have just started doing a lot of decline db's as my lower chest needs work, i havnt been doing it long enough to see the difference yet, though. flyes are good for shaping the chest, but not much point to them unless you already have a big chest. which you might do, i dont know
