Need help with a routine

Basically I goto the gym 5-6 days a week. I do about an hour of weights depending what muscle group I'm doing. I usually use the Nautilis machines I'm short, and the other machines at the gym are geared towards taller people.

Then I do about 30-45 min of cardio. I usually do about 10 min on stairmaster, then the rest on treadmill, combo of walking at 5.5 km/h and jogging at 7 km/h.

I just need to change up, I'm not losing my weight as quickly as I was. So if anyone can post a good routine for me to follow it'd be great.
 
RAther than loosing weight, I suggest changing your cardio so that it is goal oriented. IE - getting your 1/3/5/10 mile time down. This allows you to track your progress and also motivates you.

I would also suggest running in the morning because you are more likely to loose weight than running later. I often run in the morning and lift in the afternoon.

Finally, make sure you are highly hydrated.
