Basically I goto the gym 5-6 days a week. I do about an hour of weights depending what muscle group I'm doing. I usually use the Nautilis machines I'm short, and the other machines at the gym are geared towards taller people.
Then I do about 30-45 min of cardio. I usually do about 10 min on stairmaster, then the rest on treadmill, combo of walking at 5.5 km/h and jogging at 7 km/h.
I just need to change up, I'm not losing my weight as quickly as I was. So if anyone can post a good routine for me to follow it'd be great.
