Need help w/ rear delts and traps!!!

Im happy with the size and width of my back, but the main area that are under-developed compared to the rest of my back are the traps and rear delts. For rear delts i do reverse flys on a incline bench. what are other things can i do to pack on overall mass in that area. Also im toying w/ the idea of working traps out on w/ back as well as later in the week w/ shoulders. Is this a good or bad idea? Any input back will help!
 
Try upright row, db and bb shrugs. heavy deadlifts should help you out too. Flip through some threads if you have time and there is a couple of good one on shoulders. As long as you dont feel that you are overtraining and not spending too much time in the gym during one trip I dont see a problem working traps twice a week.
