Im happy with the size and width of my back, but the main area that are under-developed compared to the rest of my back are the traps and rear delts. For rear delts i do reverse flys on a incline bench. what are other things can i do to pack on overall mass in that area. Also im toying w/ the idea of working traps out on w/ back as well as later in the week w/ shoulders. Is this a good or bad idea? Any input back will help!
