well it close to 300 grams of protein and a 150 grams of carbs and for cutting that seems pretty rich to me not poor but just out of curiosity what is so poor about it
i honestly cant see 300 gm of quality protein in your diet my freind, i count about 150 - i recently did a cut and i never dropped below 350gm protein or 250gm carbs spaced across 10 meals (yes 10) that was 35 gm protein per meal and 25 carbs per meal
example - 130gm tuna 100gm sweet pototo , 300ml egg white 35 gm oats , 150gm chicken -50 gm brown rice etc etc for a meal replacement i put 2 scoops of decent whey and 1 scoop o f oats and chewed it down lol this meal protocol was caried out every 90 minutes and i was dropping bf constantly and i was constantly sweating as my metabolism was on fire , and i lost around 3 lb a week for 4 weeks - i had to cut short as i injured my recently healed vascectomy (ouch) so thats 12lb in 4 weeks , the drug used 100mg of prop 3 x a week ------ thats it , when diet and training are spot on drug use becomes secondary , finally - evryone knows there stuff on here but know one can say whats best for YOU only you can find that through trial and error , just take on board what people say and use the bits you find useful , if you trained and dieted well for 3-4 years at least before aas use you should already know your body well - listen to it and make minor changes , for example -you said you were 200lb + b efore an accident , then why not do exactly what you did before that unfortunate event to get back to the same size ?
