need help urgent

Hey slow ur roll sparky latrinos is on track! You wrote alot of stuff, kinda hard to follow! Like I said keep it simple! test e 200mg wk mas e 200mg wk and tren e 100mg wk,this stack is easy and simple and with 11 wks before your pics you should gain 6 to 8 lbs of muscle and lose significant body fat. Remember the leaner you are the bigger you look,so adding 8 ,10 lbs and losing same in bodyfat you will look jacked. Size can be an illusiom\,thats what I tell my wife anyway.
 
okay could u please be kind enough to construct my cycle for me i really really wanna use mah enanthate blend as if i use prop then i have to by masteron seperately or proviron but masteron is like 10x better and yeah i fell into words a friend of mine told me to combine dbol and drol 50/50 but yeah i guess u learn from your mistakes could u be kind enough to tell me in detail what u stated like elaborate what i did wrong what it did to me why should i have not combined which compounds and what happens when i do etc please i would so appreciate it i decided to go gym today but only took var nothing else from monday ill hit the injectables again but yeah please do help and this is my 5th cycle all the ones i did before are below

50grams oats cooked in water with honey and raisins
4 egg whites

meal 2

protein shake 2 scoops blended with sugar free soya milk (42 gram carbs 40 grams protein)

meal 3

1 can tuna half a can baked beans

meal 4

300 grams grilled chicken and avocado

meal 5

cottage cheese

meal 6 (before bed)

Casein protein blended with sugar free soya milk




Come on guys does know one else see that this is a piss poor diet i count around 150gm of real protein
 
and after those previous cycles (3 right?) you were only 76kg - 167lbs - ?????


its all relative oz , if he started at 70kg then i agree wtf , but if he was tiny and has gained a solid 20-25lb from those cycles then i say thats a result , also they may have been cutting / body recomposition cycles (like your first cycle if my memory serves me right) if that be the case then he may have dropped 20lb or something , in any case he seems to be all over the place so you comment is probably spot on !
 
yeah i know what you mean.

my first cycle was a bulker on dbol only and i gained at least 15lbs of muscle, with a ton of fat though lol.

my second was strictly a cutter though

im just trying to give this guy the right advice, he has obviously done zero research and has no idea what hes doing.

this leads me to believe that his previous cycles were probably a disaster like the last one he did. unless he is a pretty small guy, 167lbs after 3 cycles is just stupid.


Does seem strange , im only 5ft 2inch and i got from 128lb to 155lb natty , after 3 cycles im now 188lb @ 10% this guy is probably taller , uses more gear than me but lighter ?
 
By itself yes but with test and tren it works very well at that dose (200mg),your looking to use its anti e properties not to grow on!

Do you want to have a successful cycle?

If so, stop right now and do your own research. Stop asking everyone else to put everything together for you. That results in a SUCKY cycle for which you are not prepared. The questions you are asking indicates you have alot more research to do before you understand what each compound is going to do, how it works, what doses are optimal. You don't even know how often to pin.

You can take this negative, or you can take this for face value - someone trying to steer you RIGHT. It's up to.

Oh, actually, first, get that diet straight. It's a very poor diet.
 
well it close to 300 grams of protein and a 150 grams of carbs and for cutting that seems pretty rich to me not poor but just out of curiosity what is so poor about it
