but iv heard,

ANAVAR

DECA

both do this?

any truth to this?

and could I take anavar for a few weekes after my PRP

platelet-rich plasma therapy

to speed things along? unfortunately I wont be able to work out during but iv been injured bad for half a year, and im desperate, my brothers, i need real info, fast, I need to make a decision, i need help, badly.

training... hard 4 years but not since 6 months ago (outof gmy for whole injury)
and this would be first cycle :S... even tho it would be to heal lol

deca helps alot, var is ok also.
Ilove deca , run it atleast 1 time a year to help out.
even just with hrt .
i liked HRT dose with deca like this :
omnadren 1 amp ew
GP Deca 200mg ew
for about 10-12 weeks then just stuck with hrt test dose or run a cycle.
great stuff.

i used deca for 10 weeks on OMEGA's advice for a damaged rotator cuff, it has made a HUGE difference.

ie - now i am able to train again! pain free and heavy, as long as im careful.

i use the machine shoulder press (and really loving it actually), apart from that my training is back to normal


all of us should ALWAYS use a machine Military press if your a bodybuilder!

behind the neck press and free weight presses are simply over kill in my humble opinion, esp if you already do inclines for chest or any free presses
