need help on abs and chest

my chest and my abs are growing substainstially... but when i look at myself in the mirror... they are so uneven... my right side of my abs are HIGHER than my left side... (i have a 6 pack)...

and as for my chest... my rest chest is bigger.

how do i make then even and more proportionate?

is it anything to worry about?
 
The way your body is. my left trap is lower than my right, and my right lat seems bigger than my left... its just how it is.

Do u do ne sports or nething that requires more use of yr right side?
 
not a whole lot you can do. hell, even pros with "perfect symmetry" have different looking bodyparts (ie look at Arnold's right bicep vs. his left one). some say use one arm movements, but not sure how the hell you could balance out a higher chest or ab...surgery maybe?
 
Here's how to fix them:

Abs - rewrite your DNA or choose new parents

Shoulder / pec - You are probably internally rotated & elevated on the right side. You need a proper evaluation and corrective exercise to re-align the shoulder girdle. It is possible there is nerve entrapment or scalini syndrome on your right side which will inhibit nerve conduction to the pec. This is common in many tennis players on their serving arm. Once corrected you can perform unilateral movments to increase the size of the right pec.

Yeah, I got one testicle that's higher than the other. I try to excersise one more than the other to even it out though...
