Ok i need help to figuring out what i need to take to reach my goals

right now im

33yrs old
6Ft
280
35%bf

im working out every day and running every orther day

im goal is

200lb
10%bf
and all ripped

please help
 
First, you need to get a solid diet going. What does your diet look like right now?
 
Bro, you need a solid diet and an intense training routine. If you just follow those two things you will be a lot closer to your goals and then you can get more detailed help, but for now i would stick to those two things.
 
Proper diet and training are the only 2 things that will help. And expect it to take a minimum 6-10 months. Fat burners like lipoflame can help but shouldn't be relied on. You need to fix your diet.

i'm thinkin 80 lbs should be closer to 2 years.

^^ agreed. The slower you go, the easier it will be to keep it off should u stray away from your diet and workout plan. Also, the closer you get to your goal, the harder it will get to achieve it, no?

+1, he wants to be 200, 10% BF and ripped.

That's a long shot from where he's at, but he can do it.
 
don't even take a fat burner yet. wait till you've lost 30 pounds or so. but ease into your diet your going to have to take your time with this. cut out little things first.
week 1- no soda, fast food
week 2- 6 small meals a day, no carbs after dinner
week 3- 1 No Carb day a week
week 5- 2 no carb days a week

do something like that, if your 280 with 33% bf I'm assuming your diet is pretty bad right?
 
Well my diet has been bad for the last few years but for the last 2 weeks ive been eat only 1800 cals a day and eating lot vegs and fruit with about 100grams of protien

my first goal is to loses about 25lbs before aug for a wedding

i will load some pics in a few days to show you were im at
