don't even take a fat burner yet. wait till you've lost 30 pounds or so. but ease into your diet your going to have to take your time with this. cut out little things first.
week 1- no soda, fast food
week 2- 6 small meals a day, no carbs after dinner
week 3- 1 No Carb day a week
week 5- 2 no carb days a week
do something like that, if your 280 with 33% bf I'm assuming your diet is pretty bad right?
