Need help -- lump after 8 days

I use 23g 1" in the glute for injections. My 1 shot was last Monday (1.5cc), in the upper 1/4 of the glute. The shot was self administered. The Gear was 10ml bottle half used from my last cycle over 4 months ago. Seal is not discolored nor damaged. The gear was stored away after my last cycle in a dresser at room temp. The lump has subsided very slowly. Lump on 8th day(today) is now about the size of my thumb. I have put continuous heat on the area as well as light massaging. I also am taking a antibiotic (amox) just as a precaution. My other glute is also in discomfort from the injection on Saturday but not as bad. Has anyone else experienced this? Could this be from older scar tissue or anything of that nature? My pain level is about a constant 3-4 out of 10. There is no itchiness/redness of the lump. If I need to see a Doc, what would be the best explanation? Please no jokes......although gyno ass does sound funny

do 1.5". you didnt go deap enough. heat will help. it will go away on its own also. get off the antibiotics. DO NOT take antibiotics when you dont need them. doing so makes you less responsive when you actually do need them. that can turn into a serous issue.

About the antibiotics, It's a terrible idea to use them without good reason, additionally if you did have an infection, the type of infection you would have would most likely not be treatable by amox. Stop self medicating. What joe said is correct it will go away on its own, good luck to ya.

It's a bad idea to self medicate with antibiotics. You should just give the injection site time. If anything, filter and bake your gear to be on the safe side.

Thanks for the quick responses. I will stop the antibotics and the cycle(or atleast give it a week for the cycle). My previous cycle I only used 1" and had no problems what so ever. Is it possible its prior damage or anything like that causing inflamation? Does gear go bad after being used(Still with rubber seal cap). I have a brand new bottle and my plan was to throw away the half (which is now a qaurter).

i wouldnt stop the cycle. just go deap into quads and delts with your 1"

nowarning did the lump eventually subside? i am having a similar issue with test e. 3rd injection on the left glute. lump is about 1 inch above injection site on the 6th day. didn't notice it at all until the 4th maybe 5th and feels a little bigger today then yesterday. Any insights would be great. no discomfort and used 1.5 pin. any soreness from injection has since subsided. Just this fucking lump above the site is what gives me concern....
