need help in gaining mass w/o getting too fat please

i was doing a bulking cycle but all the food i was eating was making me too fat. i was eating 4005 cals, 89 fats, 469 carbs and 332 protein. gear was 750mg/wk of sust (8wks), 25mg of proviron/day (for gyno) and 1cc of fina/EOD the last 6 wks. i was not using any other gear nor was i running. training was pretty intense i thought. my split was:

day1: abs,back,calves
day2: biceps,triceps,forearms
day3: off
day4: abs,legs,calves
day5: chest,shoulders
day6: off
day7: start over

i do 5 different exercises per bodypart (excluding abs,calves and forearms) w/ 4 sets each, reps range from 12-6. i stopped doing this beacuse, like i said, i was getting too fat! i want to pick up my bulking cycle again this Sat only this time, i was wondering if anyone has tips on preventing too much fat accumulation? im planning on doing the same cycle as above but adding in 60mcg of T3 plus 30mins cardio in the AM on am empty stomach, 5 days a week. would this put on mass w/o getting too fat? im 23-yrs old, 210lbs, 5'10, around 15%bf
 
It's very simple really, if your putting on too much fat too fast back off on the calories. Make sure most calories are from clean sources, i.e. no sugar or saturated fat.
 
You might want to steer clear of such long cardio sessions on t3 if you are bulking... Just clean up your diet (post it on the board for people to look at if you want)... I know guys that eat 5000 cal diets but because they are cleaner than a virgins... They gain MINIMAL fat, is what I'm getting at..

ok so how much cals should i cut off if im getting too fat? 500/day? tarzan, maybe i should have said roughly 4000 cals since its hard to count the precise amount of cals/fats/carbs/pro. how about doing 30mins of cardio, 3x a week and doing 80mcg of T3? im desperate here, want to get big but dont want to be fat :bawling:

here are my meals, i spaced them out as much as i can. i work from 8AM-5PM.

1 bagel
6 egg whites
2 whole eggs
2 slices fat-free cheese

7AM
1 cups oats
2 cups milk
1 cup pancake mix
sugar free syrup
2 tbs natural peanut butter

12PM
2 slices whole wheat bread
2 tbs natural peanut butter
12:30PM
1 can tuna
1 bagel
1 chicken breast
1 cup pinto beans

3PM
MRP bar

5PM
6 egg whites
2 whole eggs
1 bagel

6PM
workout

7:30PM
1 serving CELL-Tech
2 scoops Whey
1 cup milk

8:30PM
6 egg whites
2 whole eggs
1/2 cup cottage cheese
 
Low calorie diet-first,

protein rich and no simple carbs,

Cycle-test and primo

It's damn near impossible to get big without putting on some fat. No need to turn into a lard ass, but you wont keep a slim waste while bulking. My waste has gone up cosiderably since I came off my cutting cycle, and returned to bulking but I still have visable abs in a stretch tee. Yea, and I feel fat too, with abs. It's part of the game.
 
you could drop your cals down 500-1000 but if your bulking i would stay away from doing any cardio just wait a few weeks after your cycle to let your horemones stabilize then do a cutting cycle.

Why do you people keep buying that utter shit? Don't waste your money on Cell-tech... Buy plain micronized creatine where you can get 5 grams of creatine in 5 grams of the powder... Cell-Tech is overpriced sugar that burns your throat a little on the way down... You aren't getting the benefits of creatine from using that shit...

ok so no cardio while in a bulk and ditch the cell-tech (i bought it last year when i used to believe the muscletech hype). what about the T3? is 80mcg/day good enough? IMO, T3 is the best fat burner and i have read that supplimenting T3 w/AS will make the AS work better. also, someone told me workout one bodypart per week. good or bad?
 
You don't have to cut out cardio completely if you don't want to, just don't do it for long periods of time or high intensity if you do... One bodypart per day is good, you have to hit them hard though.... workout monday-friday and rest on weekends...

For t3 dosage I've been told to take it in the following manner

Each number represents 1 day and the number itself represents how many pills you should consume in that day. Hope this helps...

Remove that Cell-Tech bullshit and that will prevent your ass from getting even fatter..... screw that crap. It burns, tastes like shit, makes you shit, did I mention it makes you shit? And somewhere in that expensive jug is some low quality creatine.... stick to ProLab creatine, its made with Creapure or something.... thats if you like creatine.
