Well I’m finally ready to start my first cycle. My goals are to gain as much permanent mass as possible while keeping BF% down. I’m lifting 5 days a week followed by 30 minutes of cardio. I may increase the cardio to 45-60 minutes depending on how I feel. I’m keeping my protein intake high and cards/fat low. My current stats are: 5’7, 175lbs, 12%-14% BF (not really sure). I was considering Tren and Dbol but I think I’m going to hold out for another cycle. I’d like to know what you guys think about this. Should I frontload the test? Should I go for cypionate or enanthate?
TEST 500mg wk 1-10
EQ 400mg wk 3-10
LDEX 1mg ED
Clomid Therapy
ECA, NYC and CLEN rotated every 2 wks’
Is this to much TEST and EQ for a first cycle? Should I lower the dosages and how much? Should I front load the TEST or go for 600mg wk?
