Need help for first cylce

Hey guys im thinking of using anobolic steriods but not sure wot to start of on... I dont want one with lots of side effects or ones you inject can someone please give me a product with how much i should be doing of the course of the weeks?

Age: 20
Weight: 190lbs want to get to 210-220
Height: 6ft6
Body fat: bout 10%
 
yeh but wot about that liver block shit or something ive hear about ...only want like a 4-8week cycle one off..wouldnt be that bad..i
 
Height: 6ft6 ???? 6'6" ...im guessing ur just 6 feet tall. If you cant do 225 for 10 reps then dont juice yet...wait til u can do that the least thats my advice
 
you're only 20, we do not advise anyone under 21 to use AAS.
research all you want and ask questions, but please don't use. give it another couple of years at least!

Ive been training on an off since 16 more serious in the last year hitting the gym 5 days a week and jus find it to hard to increase my size ive tried alot of things such as protien, creatien , BCCA, ZMA, nothing really. I play basketball at college level and through all the cardio I lose all my weight. My diet is pretty healthy have about 10% BF if you don't think I sould use steriods yet can you suggest something else that actually works. Cheers
 
Yes I will give you some suggestions for other options. I'm not saying never do steroids but your not at the point to start yet. One reason is the fact that you're just too young, but beyond that your not ready. At 6'6 only weighing 190 you need to make considerable progress still and get a good physical base as well as get training and diet mastered. There are many supplements but most likely your problem is in your diet. How many cals do you take in when you are trying to bulk. After we go through this we will help you think of some good supplements
 
I guess the main reason i am finding it difficult to bulk up is i rely to much on protien to get my cals from im not the biggest eater in the world...If some1 could help give me a guid to wot i should eat and wen n how much an supplements i should take i would be very thankful.
 
As far as when to eat, ALWAYS!LOL. But seriously you probably need to eat quite a bit more give us an idea of what your diet is like. As far as supplements this is the wrong forum, but either way what are you looking for out of the supps so we can figure it out.
 
Yeh but wot to eat ?? breakfast - cereal or toast, lunch bread with some meat like ham or prastrami , dinner pasta's ,rice , meats , vegeis,
and i eat eggs throughout the day about 3 a day
 
What are the problems with taking steriods under the age of 21 ? and at my current size ? if i dont take a very high intake wouldnt i be fine? And what would you suggest for a good starting of cycle for some1 like me who was 21 with the same stats ?
 
You need to man up and read something.. start taking a multi vitamin and drinking protein..

eat clean and work out..

if you aren't doing the above correctly forget steroids.. becuase they wont help a damn bit of good..
 
You need to eat like 8 times a day. 6 is an absolute minimum. You also need to do a bit of diet research and get your ratios of protein, carbs, and fat on point. As far as the cycle, you won't get advice here you are to young. TRain hard eat right and you will make progress!

get on the diet and training forums.
breakfast- 4 eggs whole and 4 egg whites. 2-4 slices multigrain bread/ 1 cup oatmeal.
lunch (3 hours later)- 8-10 oz chicken breast with 1 cup brown rice.
next meal ( 3 hours later) same as above, or 2 cans tuna and 4 sllices multigrain bread.

train
PWO shake of 35-50 grams simple carbs and 50 grams protein
30-60 mins later
12-16 oz chicken breast or steak with greens/ salad

right before bed- casien protein shake- 50 grams w/ flax seed oil or olive oil.

that;s a sample I just whipped up off the top of my head.

If your skinny dont worry about eating too clean before bed i eat a bowl of oatmeal a large banana 2 spoons of peanut butter a cup of milk and 2 scoops of protein... all my meals have roughly the same amount of fat/proteins/carbs... 5-6 meals a day
