For a liquid form of 1test/4ad is 150mg for each worth a crap. The supplement Liqui-Test says it has 75 mg per dose of each and you are supposed to dose 2 times a day so it would be 150mg. It is supposed to be absorbed through the lymphatic system so it bypasses the liver for better absorbtion. Based on the dose amounts would this be a good product to use compared to the pill form of 1AD/4AD.
In 1AD/4AD most people start off with 600mg of each, but it goes through the liver, and with no actual scientific evidence of how much is lost to the liver, how do I know what the actual dosage of 1AD/4AD am I getting?
So which product is better, pricewise they are pretty equal.
