Need help decorating my room, please give me your comments

Hey guys

I need to put something up on my wall above my bed in my room, its pretty plain now.

I was thinking of going to an arts and craft store and getting some big sheets of construction paper and taping them up on the wall, or maybe i should frame them. What do you think? I was thinking 3 big pieces, but what colors should i go with?

I have a feeling this will really set the room off, just the touch I need, probably will impress the ladies too right? What do you think? I feel like a fucking genius coming up with this, forget putting some nice pictures or art up, just some plain colored paper should do just the trick.

that's actually what I want, I live on the beach so I want a long horozontal picture of the beach that I live on. (Mission Beach/Pacific Beach).
