Would someone please explain to me how to preform the following excercises: side laterals, deads, chins, rows, and bent over laterals. I want to know for sure that I am executing the excercise properly. I tried doing a search on google but could find no real good info. Thanks alot.
Have searched everywhere and cannot find out waht shrugs and chins are. I am sure these are just their nuck names but can someone show me what they are refered to on the http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html site. Also, with these following excercises i am only spending 30 minutes per day at the gym. Does this seem about right?
