I need help choosing a routine. I have been working out for about 6 years but have never gotten any professional advice nor did I get a good routine going. I run alot so, I don't like working out my legs at the gym; manily just work out my upper body. Can someone give me a good routine (with descriptions of the excerices if possible
) so that I can build mass and bulk in my upper body? I work out 3 times a week and can spend up to an hour and a half each time. Thanks alot.
