Need Help: Asking Girl Out Tonight

Hi,
I have liked a girl for a little while now and am planning on asking her out tonight to a movie. The thing is, that I went all through high school with her and never really got to know her, or become friends with her. Whenever we talked though, she was always very nice and smiled, which is why I think I have a chance with her. Any of you guys have advice of what to say to her on the phone?

ummm...I wouldnt ask her out cuz most likely she will say "no" if she doesnt know you very well. What I would do is....so you dont freak her out or put pressure on her....is to say "hey, i think your interesting (pick a word to use but dont make it seem like your tying hard to planning this out) and I'd like the chance to get to know you better. If your interested in going to get some coffee or just talk sometime heres MY number" Well, you get the idea but use something like that....I think you'll have better luck that way. Its seemed to work for me anyways. All in all just be confident and it will be all good my man. Good luck
