Scenario: Last cycle was 13weeks cycle cut/crusing. Just did 4 weeks of PCT (no hcg this time), and its been 6 weeks since last shot of test e.


Question: Can I start my cycle soon? Possibly next week? It'll be 7 weeks since my last shot.


26years old
8 years training (3 years consistently)
150lbs 7% fat (lean
)
43inch chest,
29.25inch waist,
22.5inch thighs,
15.75inch biceps

Macronutrients: 41/41/18 or 41/38/21 depending on day.

Calories: will be 500-600 above BMR + calories burned for workout days. (eat more on workout days).


Goal: Reach 190lbs (heaviest @ 177lbs previously) on cycle and be 170lbs after cycle finished.

bro i honestly am flabbergasted at the fact you are only 150 pounds and have been training 3 straight years and ran a cycle already. something is not right here.

post up your diet, this needs to be addressed before you bother juicing. also are you doing any cardio? i hope not. you need to hit the weight room and dinner table harder.

lets get this issue ironed out first, then we will work on a cycle for you. how tall are you? if you are a shorter guy you should be able to get into the 160's or 170's naturally. if you are a 6 footer you should be atleast 200ish.

I agree. I was 162lbs naturally but 20%+ bf eating the wrong foods (dirty bulk)
I dropped to 137lbs 5.5% naturally (27.5inch waist) in 4 months. Then I bulked up to 177lbs on cycle an was 160lbs 10% after cycle. Then I couldn't work out for 10months (workout once or twice a week) and become fat again at 160lbs 18% bf.
Then cruise/cut to 150lbs 7% bf.

The 3 years consistently means I trained consistently 3 years but it's like spread out for 5 times. Those times were when I trained hard and trained 4-5 days per week and eating.
 
gotta answer all steves questions but definitely the diet one.. how much do you eat?

if you are thinking roids at 150 you need to fix your diet first.
 
I def agree with steve. You really need to have the foundation to use the enhancements. We need to see your diet, your workouts and your cardio. Give us that and then we can and will help you out bro.
 
how tall are you bro?

what are your goals here? lets back things up and figure out what you want to do and how to improve your diet, then we will work on your cycle.

I want to gain as much mass as possible in the shortest time. Money is not the issue. I eat 6-8 times a day, usually 30-50 protein per snack or meal with 12g - 70g carbs, depending on the day.

I usually eat heavier carbs during my meals except the last meal at 9pm - steak w/brocoli.
I try to get in around 3200-3300 calories a day right now, and increasing it as i go.
My BMR should be around 2250 - but I have a fast metabolism ecto/meso body type. If I work out I usually do 40-50mins sessions. 4 different excercises and about 3 sets. Rest period would be about 30secs-1 minute.

i used to focus more 4-6 reps and lift heavy. Now i just started to aim for 12 reps for upper body parts and 15-20 reps for legs.

I try to sleep minimum 6 hours a day and drink at least 4 liters of water. I have my diet nutrition and will put it up tomorrow as I dont have it on my computer right now. I did an excel sheet for all my calories and meals.
 
if you are really an ectomorph then sadly you will never be successful in this sport my friend, i am just being upfront with you. i see guys at the gym who workout as much as me and they go nowhere, there is a genetic element at play.. it doesn't mean you still cannot work out and enjoy this hobby.

now on the other hand you may think you are an ectomorph... you see i used to be skinny all my life.. i was the skinny kid but i was fast on the playground.. when it came time to do pullups i couldn't do any, i was pretty damn weak. i started lifting weights at 15.. i started to notice some definition but it wasn't until my early 20's where i really started to bulk up and get strong. now in my 30's i am the strongest i've ever been. so the lesson here is to be patient and let the body mature before declaring yourself an ectomorph for life.

i would strongly suggest you keep working at it naturally, there are some great supplements to choose from. unleashed, creatine, powerchews bcaa.. these are ones that i use all the time.. all can be purchased at NTBM. you already ran a cycle and didn't accomplish much of anything, so lets stay natural for a little while and then re-examine what to do in a year or two. store away your gear bro for now

Bro thank you for your honest opinion. I did run a cycle I did accomplish by gaining 25lbs off the cycle after pct. that is a big gain. I do and plan to go to a fast track of gaining as much muscle mass as possible right now and I have about 3-4 cycles of gear ready to go.

Now if you can please guide me through it bro. I started weight lifting when I was 5"7 110lbs.
 
if you did a 13 week cycle and 4 week pct you need at least 17 weeks off from the end of pct. so you are not ready to cycle now.

whatever you ate last week or the week before you need to eat more. you are not eating correctly for your goals

you should take the next 3 months to start eating properly. if you are not gaining weight consistently each month you are doing it wrong.. keep eating more.

i think you should be able to get into the mid 160's naturally before juicing. thats another 15 pounds. at your height that is very doeable.

Yes bro I bulked up to 163lbs naturally before, but I was eating wrong and it was mostly fat.

Kind of like this in my life:

110lbs ==> 148lbs
148lbs ==> 140lbs
140lbs ==> 163lbs
163lbs ==> 137lbs

Cycle 1:
137lbs ==> 162lbs (after cycle gains)

Cycle 2:

158lbs ==> 148lbs (after cycle)

Now:

148lbs ==> 160-162lbs (goal before cycle)

Cycle 3: (future)
160lbs ==> 178lbs (after cycle gains)

178lbs ==> 172lbs (drop a 2-3% of BF, do cardio and cut a bit while maintaining muscle)
172lbs ==> 178lbs (natural bulk goal during time off)

Cycle 4: (future)

178lbs ==> 196lbs (after cycle gains)
196lbs ==> 190lbs (drop a 2-3% of BF, do cardio and cut a bit while maintaining muscle)

190lbs ==> 195lbs (natural bulk goal during time off)


Cycle 5: (future)

195lbs ==> 210lbs (after cycle gains)

210lbs ==> 205 (drop a 2-3% of BF, do cardio and cut a bit while maintaining muscle)


Cycle 6: (future)

205lbs ==> 215lbs (after cycle gains)

Cycle 7: (future)

215lbs ==> 195lbs (after cycle cut BF % to 7-8% BF)

Then bulk again...after with test & tren.
This is my 3year objective and achievable numbers. I will of course try to aim for maximum results of each cycle and push through these numbers.

Currently 151 lbs
