Hey guys I am new to the site and so far Iam impressed! But anyways I am 25 yrs old 5'10 and a 170 pounds, and Iam somewhere in the 12-13% body fat zone. I am tryin to put on some good lean weight and cannot seem to do it for the life of me. Ive been working out 4-5 times a week for the last year. My diet is good just probaly not enough caloric or carb intake, I eat oatmeal and protein shake for breakfast then before lunch another protein shake then eat turkey for lunch and then another protein shake and usually eat chicken w/rice or veggies for dinner. I have taken a cycle of test/ecapoise and have seen litltle results. I am going to stack test/deca next week when I start a new cycle. What are your guys thoughts and opinions on a proper stack to put on lean weight?

I'd scrap one of your protein shakes and replace it with real food (protein). Also try to add another protein meal in there before bed, but keep the carbs low at night.

Also try to eat some quality carbs with your protein shakes.

Dude, it's your diet. I could never grow on that amount of food, and I bet that's why you're having trouble as well.

I know a lot of guys like staying at a low BF and ripped, but sometimes, to pack on the mass, you gotta massively adjust your caloric intake. What are your goals? If you want to look like a 240 lb bodybuilder, you gotta eat like a 240 pound bodybuilder.

Try upping your calories. A lot. This might make a big difference, with or without steroids.

+2 I fully agree bro, increase your caloric and protein intake......your protein intake to 2 grams of protein per your pound of your weight(thats a shitload of protein,I know but half of it can be consumed in protein shake form)

I would say you can't grow because you're not supplying your body with enough food.

best of luck to you :)

I agree, you also might want to take some sort of a supplement or hormone to help increase appetite. I am not the most knowledgeable person on this, I have never had trouble gaining weight, leaning out is usually my problem.

I know some people have had increased appetite from Dermacrine, I did to some extent. Other than that I am not real knowledgeable but you might look into it. And I wouldn't be suprised if the cycle itself increases your appetite quite a bit as well.
