Need good assistance excercise after bench!!

What would be a good excersice immediately after flat bench barbell?

I usually do some skull-crushers, close grips, press-downs, and some shoulder db's....... Im mostly training for Strength so need to increase my bench as much as possible......

Thanks for any advise.....
 
Lying dumbell extensions,
bent over rows(or some other lat work),
front raise and rear delt raise,
and something for your rotators
 
if your weak link is triceps, i would go for close grip bench presses, i did it and got good results in both size and strength...but

(1) ive only done assistance lift that one time, its the only experience i had, but it worked for me.

Gotta start the Dips again... stopped for a while....

But .... Can dumbells get you you stronger than the barbell?
I thought dumbells Really helped with the stabilizer muscles mostly ... but other than that they worked mostly the same as the bar?
