Need expert advise on T-bol/Eq/Test stack

Like I said in the 3rd post it was more like 800mg Test and 600mg Tren with a jump start of dbol. I went form 158lbs to 178lbs when I finished the cycle but I'm at about 168 now. My PCT was just clomid for 4 weeks at 50/50/25/25 beginning 2 weeks after my last injection, and I took nolvadex throughout the cycle and PCT.

As far as my diet goes, I just ate like a horse and made sure everything had protein in it. I would say i got about 125-175 grams of protein/day and took down about 5000 calories/day, but I didn't have a strict diet plan or anything like that... I just ate a lot.

I honestly only had time to get to the gym 2-3 days per week which i know was a problem, however I did rip off as many push ups, pull ups, and ab workouts as i could when i couldn't get to the gym. I'm prepared to do it right this time though and dedicate myself 100%. I know now that diet and training are more important then the gear I take.

I have one more question.... If I take the Eq for lets say 15 weeks, should I start the Test at the end of week 4 and run through week 16 or just take it the whole time?? Keep in mind I am worried about my hair but will be using some rogaine etc. for that

Here is where your problem is bro...not enough protein...also I seriously doubt you were taking in 5000 cals per day. If so, your macros are totally fucked because if you were only taking in 175grams of protein per day, that only accounts for 700 cals. That means your protein intake was only 14% of your diet. My protein intake never drops below around 45%.

I think you really need to focus on the diet right now and once you get that lined out, then start another cycle. If not, I really feel like your just wasting gear because your not getting the most out of it.
 
Alright I get that my whole diet as well as PCT was trash last time, and that's why I'm here. I understand now (with your help) that my training doesn't end when I leave the gym. I know I need to train more this time too but I was just soooo busy during the summer, and this fall/winter I'm going to be dedicated!! Your guy's critisism harsh or not is good for me and there is no offense taken (Evil Harry) lol. In my defense though I'm a f'in Ripped George St. Pierre lookin 178 lbs. Just to give you an idea my bench was 225 lbs. 8-10 times (on cycle). Squat was 275 8-10 times (on cycle). My natural body type is similar to that of a bean pole so if I can get to 185-190lbs over a couple more cycles with 6% body fat or so I'm good with that. My body fat is 10% right now.

I'm gonna eat 8 small meals/day all containing 30-40g of protein each. I'll eat clean, whole foods, all complex carbs, and I'll use flaxseed, or fish oil in my protein shakes for my fat. I'm gonna eat complex carbs in the morning for energy, and I always work out or do my MMA training at night so I will also eat complex carbs before my routine as well. but that's all for the carbs for the most part besides a little here and there. I'm not starting my cycle for another month and my ass will be in the gym everyday til then and my diet will be perfect til then too, and obviously throughout the cycle, PCT, etc.

My cycle will be as follows:

week 1-4: 50mg tbol
week 1-3 test prop 120mg eod
week 1-16 test e 400mg/week
week 1-15 Eq 600mg/week
week 5-12 MHN 15-20mg/day
week 13-17 tbol 50mg/day

On and PCT:

arimidex: .5mg every day while "on" (should I stop at end of cycle or continue?)
hcg: 250iu every 3 days during weeks 3-9
hcg: weeks 12-18 (not sure about how much or how often to take at this point) Do I up the dosage a week after my last shot til I start my clomid? Need help there.
clomid: start 5 days after my last shot of hcg. Continue for 4 weeks at 50md/day along with nolva at 20mg/day
unleashed: starting 1 week after first clomid dose until bottle is gone.

casey: It sounds like you have a good attitude and will take direction well. So here goes. At 5'11" and 170# 10% bf if you rolled into the gym in a tank top and shorts I would honestly think you just started working out. Yet you have already done a hard core cycle.

I learned how to eat when i was 18. I thought i had bad genetics and had the idea that I "ate like a horse". My coach said I want you te eat with me for a day...but I want you te eat 1/2 as much as I do except for post workout shake and 1 mrp shake. So we had 4 meals together. I realized I ate like a little girl. It changed my life.

I Have worked with more people than I can count in terms of training and diet. And every single "hardgainer" claimed to eat like a horse. I tell them to keep a log of EVERY SINGLE THING that goes into their mouth for a week. For those that do it when we review how little they eat they are amazed.

I highly reccommend that you do this, and get your diet in line before you do another cycle. I promise you that if you dont you may put on a little weight during your run but you will shrink down back to 170 after and be super bummed out.
 
I'm gonna take the advice of getting my diet in order and wait a couple months til I start the cycle. I'll see how that goes and hopefully I can get up to 175-180lbs or so in that time frame naturally b4 I start back up.
