Need cycle [ sus and fina ]

19 years old now, 175 lbs, 5'7". Doing 3 large scoops of weight gainer every morning with 350ml of milk and 2 large scoops of whey protein with 175ml of milk after every workout.

Program is at the moment:
Mon: bis, tris, traps, forearms
Tues: chest, back
Wed: abs, cardio
Thus: Legs
Fri: tris, bis
Sat: break
Sun: break

First cycle was 250mg a week of sus for 8 weeks last March.

I want my 2nd cycle to be a bit "more". So I'm thinking of sus with fina.

Can you give me a nice little stack to go by? Ie. 10 week of sus 250/wk and maybe 75mg fina/week for 8 week?..

Also, give me all precautions. One of the dudes posted above me about losing his sex drive while on it. Sus gives me a raging hardon, however I dunno how fina does.

Back and chest on same day i always thought was a no-no,two big muscle groups on the same day,should split arm days,like bi's with back,tri's with chest,how about shoulders?Are you doing them on "trap" day?I'll bet my check it would be better then what you are doing now....
 
Bro at 19 you can make some nice gains with proper diet and a different approach to your work out routine as Bigmodean said. Just my opinion, but hold off on the juice for at least a few more years.
 
Besides the fact of it being against the rules to ask for a source (Edit your post) ignore all sources you get for the next few weeks because you are just begging to get scammed, good sources don't advertise or solicit people.
 
I'm asking for a stack only, and it needed, an added part for things like "limp dick".

I've noticed better gains when I have arms and chest on differetn days. So maybe I can split the chest/back day and remove the current Friday and move it back. That should work. I'll take Tuesday's as a hard chest day.

Still lookin for a good stack for the 250ml of sus.
