NEED Anabolic Advice from experienced users

Hey Guys,
I need some advice from experienced users of Deca and Equipoise. I am 45, 5'8", 155, 42"c, 28"W, 15" a and I have been working out with weights for over 20 years. I just cant seem to get enough bulk on to push me past the 165 weight range. I have cut out the cardio completely a year ago and eat plenty of protein and carbs.

My friend who takes the stuff has supplied me with Deca and Equipoise Amps and suggested that I take them for a 10 week cycle to see if I put on mass.

Here is my question to those of you with knowledge on these products:

1) These items are in strips, so do I do one strip of Deca and one strip of Equipoise per week?

2) Does it matter when I inject these items and can they be mixed together?

3) After 10 weeks of being on then stuff then what am I supposed to do or do I have to stay on this stuff forever?

4) Anything I need to be aware of in terms of risk or side effects?

Strip? Please elaborate.
2) Does it matter when I inject these items and can they be mixed together?
They can be mixed, is this your first cycle?
3) After 10 weeks of being on then stuff then what am I supposed to do or do I have to stay on this stuff forever?
Are you kidding? I think you need to do alot more research first, you need to know what PCT is and also Aromatase Inhibitors and anti-estrogens
4) Anything I need to be aware of in terms of risk or side effects?
If its your first cycle drop the EQ...it should be run min of 12-14 weeks anyway

musclejock4u, I granted you a free 7-day platinum membership. I want you to take advantage of the search feature...start looking up sample cycles and pay close attention to dosing, length and PCT protocols. You have a very muscular and lean body...aka a great base to work with.

I would suggest a test-only run for your first cycle. 10-14 weeks of test cyp or enan seems appropriate. Read about HCG. Sustain Alpha. PCT.

Post up yout typical diet. I'm guessing it's not enough.
Strips? Do you mean amps?
Yes, you can mix them together.
PCT after your cycle
Do some research, it will pay off
 
I tend to agree with most everyone else, you need to do more research before using.

At 5' 8" and 155 you can do better with a good diet and hard training. If you have been training 20 yrs then either you're one of those guys who never pushes himself in the gym and or eats like a bird for fear of getting fat.

Don't be afraid to eat big and train hard. If you want to look like a beast you have to eat and train like one. AAS will only do so much for you the rest is good nutrition and hard work.

Hell I'm only an inch taller than you and out weigh you by 110 lbs and I'm 9% b/f I'm also 5 yrs older than you.

Hang on to the gear until you know what you are doing and make sure you figure out your PCT before you use or you will have wasted your time and money and any gains you make will go away shortly after you come off.

I agree!

This guy needs food not gear.

I'm also only an inch taller and I was over 200lbs. (and 12-13% bf) before I touched gear for the first time.
 
you also need 1-2 grams of protein for every pound of bodyweight.

and don't wait until after you start to worry about PCT have it on hand now.

Thanks all - I really appreciate your candid and honest advice and especially since someone was taking me on a path without adequate knowledge.

i need to ask again are you sure the stuff was equipoise and not enathate--equipoise usually does not come in amps....
 
The most anabolic substance know to man , Is one thing FOOD.
Nothing is more potent.
Steroids only effect the way your body breaks down food and rebuilds.
With out the right food intake steroid using is a waste of time.
Get the diet down first

Hey there...it says Equipoise on the box. and it is in a stip of 10 amps.

No guess about it. Low weight = low weighted diet.
 
musclejock4u, don't take this the wrong way, it's actually a compliment....you have the body of a fit 18-yr old! Listen to the guys here, diet is your answer. Figure out your current caloric intake... do a search online for a BMR calculator (basal metabolic rate)... it'll tell you how many calories you need to maintain your present weight so then you could use a site like FitDay to help log your calories and more importantly, INCREASE them so you can grow. Good luck!

Listen to the above ,we all have to go down that road to obtain the physique we want, you are at the age your body is growing-its producing a good amount of Testosterone, All you need at the moment is good clean food and train hard-if you're healthy you will grow like a weed.
