I have not ever had a really serious shoulder injury but I have bruised my AC joint and such and when I train sometimes my shoulder gets inflamed and I get a dull nagging pain. This is escpecially predominent when I do close grip presses with any noticeable weight. Can I find an alternative exercise or should I superset skull crushers with them with an ez curl bar or just fatigue them to the point where like 100-135lbs on them at the end is all they need?
It sucks cause I love this moment and I would love to do some serious weight on it but I no longer can.
