Hey im thinking about doing steroids..im 28 years old kinda on the thin side 6'3 170. I have been going to the gym on and off for a couple of years but just cant seem get as motivated as i need to be.... need advice
 
What's you workout regimine look like?

What does a typical day of eating look like?
 
Best advice - GET MOTIVATED!

Steroids aren't the magic solution... they won't get you motivated.... you have to put more effort into training when you're on than when you're off...

If you don't have a good grip on workouts and diet before starting AAS, you'll have less than desirable results if you were to go "on"... not to mention it being a waste of time and money

Get your butt to the gym regularly... maybe find a good workout partner or trainer to give you a push.... eat right... sleep right...and keep learning all the while...THEN you'll be ready for steroids!
 
you can gain alot more natural... but if your decided on doing them then you can reach your max natural limit much faster

I'd recommend Test E 500 mg's week for 10-12 weeks for a first cycle

maybe thrrow in some dbol 25 mgs every day to motivate you for week 1-4


Get motivated before you do AAS.... Because if you dont give 150% while on gear then your wasting your time.

Bro.How much research have you done regarding AAS ? its more than just a motivational thing ... you have to be motivated first before any thing else can motivate you ... No Flaming just speaking the truth ...
 
1. Research Diet
2. Research Training
3. Get 8 hours sleep
4. Do for 1 year
5. 500mg Test E for 12 weeks beginning of next year.
6. Proper PCT and 3 months off
7. 30mg Dbol 1-4 , 750 Test E for 12 weeks.
8. Proper PCT

You should be where you want to be by then. Its a couple year process bro. If you just jumped on the sauce now you'd look like a clown blowin up and then losin it all.
 
I am in the same boat. I am 6'5 and could never get past 185. Once out of high school I put on a couple lbs from eating more and drinking. I have always been consistant with going to the gym and working out during these years as well. Roids have been the only way I have gained weight. I went from 195 to 220 in almost 2 months. I am pretty lean now and look much better proportioned then before but you have to remember to eat. There is stuff to make you want to eat so if you are trying to gain weight then I would try these. Read up and you find lots. Like I said, I am in the same boat so I don't mind answering questions for you.
 
not gonna get much if your going on then off... diet is a huge part in gaining weight. you gotta learn that.. and training has to be taken seriously for a couple years. of course the only time off should be about a week a couple times a year. i suggest looking at the diet forum and look at this forum for a year or 2 before jumping in... i did a good year and a half of research before my first and I was confident about what i was doing when i started.
 
i think you should try periactin first. it is an antihistimine that is also perscribed for weight gain. be warned though YOU WILL EAT EVERYTHING IN SIGHT!! however if you keep your diet clean, you will see great results! i personally used this before any as, gained 25 pounds in 3 months, and was overall very pleased. :)
 
Get Mike Mentzers Heavy Dizzle training, youll have a path and dietizzle to follow fo shizzle. lol, im fkn delerious from cardio.

Just imagine yourself getting as big and as cut up as a pro wrestler, pro baseball player, pro bodybuilder etc......That should get you FUCKING MOTIVATED.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
