Need advice.

I was wondering if I could get some advice on these areas. Couldn’t find anything in the “search” function

I’ll admit it, I’m a bit skinny coming in at 130 lbs and 5’9(Not cut, at all) and a riend told me that I have skinny arms but like a chubby stomach and therefore pointy pecks (I don’t know the term sorry). I do 60 push-ups in 3 sets of 20 every other night and do sit-ups (I always lose count). Is this a good way to lose my chubbiness, pointy pecks, gain arm size, and increase body mass? Also could anyone recommend any good shakes? i need to get fit.

Thank you so much for reading

Forgive me for crappy English. Not my first language.

Do you plan on getting into weight lifting? Or are you just looking for something to do at home?

The best and easiest way to fix the things you mentioned is to lift weights. You will begin to gain weight (assuming you eat enough calories) and change your appearance. You can bulk up your arms and tone your stomach and pecs by increasing the bulk muscle in that area. At the same time you are building your ab muscles it will begin to use the fat in that area.

My suggestion would be to find a weight lifting routine and then change your diet.

Run that bellie off too! Seriously, weights are a big part of the plan, but you need to be fit and healthy as well. Get your legs moving 3 times a week for at least 3 miles and the fat will start flying off.

Healthy for sure! When in a fitness program (especially when looking to gain lean mass), it's very necessary to make sure ur getting good nutrition. Vegetables, lean meats (chicken/turkey breast, fish, etc), healthy fats (ANPB, almonds, flax oil, etc) and whole wheat foods. I've noticed the fastest gains when sticking with these foods along with some whey protein shakes. For protein shakes, I've been using Optimum Nutrition's 100% Whey Protein - about 4 of these a day for me when bulking, but it's only because I don't have the patience to spend much time in the kitchen cooking up meats.

Good luck!

The diet is secondary to getting exercise started. Whenever I've let it slide and started exercising again I've found that my appetite changes very quickly as does my desire for crappy foods.

If running is a problem on your knees then try swimming instead. Go for a walk every day regardless of what other exercise you've done.

Thanks fitnessfanaticmom, for the site. I did alot of reading on that. Helped a ton.
Ive found a gym around my area to attend everyday after school (For 2 hrs maybe). And im eating healthy.

Just some questions about Stamina:

Is running the best way to increase Stamina? I fight and wrestle with my bro alot, so ive noticed im getting tired like within 40-90 secs, and my face is hanging red, breathing heavily.

If it is, is it good to run everyday or everyother day?
