Ok little bit about myself... I'm 26.. 5'7 around 164 lbs.... pretty low bf.. not sure on the percentage.. my goal is to reach 170-175lbs around 7% bf... I also wanted to get another inch on my arms.. I've been told by doing this.. I need to do a lot of mass body lifts like squats, deads, cleans, bench.. so I tried to come up with a routine where I can use those mass body lifts to help get me bigger.. and get my arms bigger.. cause the only way they are getting bigger is if the rest of my body gets bigger right?
this is what I got...
Monday
Squats 4 sets 6-12 reps
Barbell rows 3 sets of 8-10
Bench 4 sets 10,8,6,10 reps
dips 3 sets of 10 last set to failure
abs (what should i do for abs?)
Wednesday
Deads 4 sets of 6-12
barbell curls 4 sets of 6-12
Close grip bench 4 sets of 6-12
chins 4 sets 8-12
Friday
Squats 4 sets of 6-12
cleans 4 sets of 6-12
overhead press 3 sets of 6-12
calf raises 4 sets of 12
please help switch or change up anything... I want a good new routine.. thanks for any help!
