About 16 wks. ago it felt like I pulled something. It didn't feel too bad. I tried to baby it and find exercises that didn't hurt it. It would only bother me during chest day and some exercises on shoulders. Long story short, it hasn't got any better. So I've decided to not do any chest or shoulder exercises for around 4 to 5 wks. The pain isn't that bad but I'm contantly trying to find a comfortable position. I'm afraid I've fucked it up by not taking a break earlier. I'm taking anti-inflammatories and glucosamine & chondrointin. Any suggestions or is it time to see the doc? Thanks in advance for any help.
