Well let me start like this first post so don't shoot me. I was in the army for about 9 years got out and I fell off the whole fitness thing whats my real problem is I can't seem to get motivated. I get motivated for a week or two. Then when i like while i join a gym and keep this up. I make a excusse like "something came up can't afford it now, son is sick, wife was in hospital" you can get the point. I work in the oilfield like the name applies so i lift heavy objects daily and run up and down stairs.

My goal is to loss the stomach and get cut and some streght.

I want to try a cycle of something think about test 300 and decca (for my knee pains)and HCg but not sure what to get a jump start and try and and see if i can get it to it and start trying again.

any advice will help. Sorry about grammer and spelling errors not my strong suit

Steroids aren't the answer for you yet bro, you've got a little work to put in first.

As a Marine, I know the Army taught you some discipline and how important fitness is, so use that to get back on track.

At your current fitness level, a cycke would only do you harm bro.

AAS is not going to motivate you bro...sorry. If you are not motivated to hit the gym now and find excuses, that there says you are not ready. Get a training partner or someone to help motivate you.

you have absolutely no business whatsoever taking steroids... they are not used as motivation and you are just going to end up hurting yourself... you need to find a way to motivate yourself and train for at least a year before you even have a thought of steroids and even that may be too soon... your mindset here is flawed man...

I dont get it. You were in the Army for 9 years and cant muster any motivation? I could understand if you were a normal civilian, but your a former soldier. I am a former soldier myself, so I know at some point in the military your will was tested. Use that same determination in your training. Stop making excuses and make it happen.

Friend used aas to motivate him and he's now only a couple months later back to where he was.

thanks for the advice and everything. Its not that i am not really in shape my job is a very hard labor job, I lift 50 to 100 if not more pretty often for 12 hours. Run up and down stairs and so on.

Yes the Army taught me discipline and everything about fitness but at the same time my last year in I couldn't run because of a knee injury and ankle injury.

I am also going to get in a gym at the house but the only problem is i can only go to it for about 10 days out of the month since i work a 14 on 14 off schedule and work way from the house.

And I can admit my eating practice isn't the best but i been working and plan on getting stricter on my diet for myself.

Thanks again and I will hold off from doing a cycle to later on.

AAS is not a miracle drug. You do have to put in work and a lot of it. This is a lifestyle. If it were that easy everybody would be on roids.

How old are you? Its tough man, but you gotta understand the guys here that jacked are that way not because of steroids, but because they are committed to spending the time & energy to lift & eat. We use steroids, but lifting is a full time job no shit. I spend 3 hours prepping, going to and from gym, and working out 4-7 days a week. I spend 1.5 hours reading here, and elsewhere sometimes more daily. Making food at least a couple more hours depending.... that's EVERYDAY. I bet a lot of the vets here spend more time with their fitness related endeavors than some people spend at a normal job.

You gotta make it a big commitment or it will be a big waste. I'm not gonna tell you to wait years before you are ready. Its largely up to you. However, you have a lot of footwork to do before you think about it. Keep reading.

I am 29 and I understand it is a big commitment you guys take and honestly i want to make that commitment. So i took yall advice and for now i just got some fat burner, vitamins and some joint stuff from needto's store hopefully its a step in the right directions.
