Need advice...getting back to weights

I was wondering how I should get back to my routine....I hurt my back doing squat press. Using to much weight nad going to low. Should I just go back to normal on everything and lighter on legs for awhile? I was just wondering what you guys thought. I hate not lifting and a week had been to long. But it would hurt even doing curls.:bawling:
 
i plan on doing that this week. I'm numb in between my shoulders and my one leg besides the lower back pain lol...Thanks for the advice!
