Need Advice - Forum Newb

hey guys I'm 24 yrs old. 220lbs. 5'7.

I need to lose weight.. been doing Cardio/Dieting and Lifting but mostly focusing on Cardio/Diet.

Can I use T3 + Clen to aid my weight loss problem?

I know Cardio and Good diet will do the trick but I heard alot about T3 and Clen, and thought I'd try it out..

Also Can someone recommend a website for me to buy em.. I found this from an old thread

why dont you post up what exactly is your diet and cardio is. some guys eat Mcdonalds twice a day instead of three times a day and call it a good diet.
 
I do treadmill for 45min everyday, moderate lifting, Im on a low carb, high protein diet. Protein shake in the morning and couple hrs before bed... Lunch Chicken, sometimes Tuna, veggies. i dont eat after 5pm.

Ive been taking creatine as well lol. I still weigh about the same but I feel alot stronger and shaping up a lil. any advice???????????????

Bro you came to the best site on the net. Not only for the help and experience you will find here but because of the kind of people who come here everyday and the way the site is run.

We are all here helping each other in a way that brings more then just a few facts to the table.


I think you can do well to get a good training program,diet program and then sups program... You can do this by learning from everyone here and taking it all in. Then putting it all together in a program you plan on sticking to. Once you have that program set in stone you can then start a log thread here on the site on our journals forum.


NOw I am willing to work with you bro. So is everyone else. But let me make it clear. you need to start looking at the bigger pitcher and be ready to make a life change not just something for the moment like a clen cycle.

I would cut the shake at night out and continue to eat till 8 pm that way your metabolism can still be active --- you got the idea high protein low fat and elimate carbs for a while but cut the creatine because it will make you hold water and that is counterproductive for you, try that stay in a calorie range where you burn 500 more than you need to maintain your natural weight basic cut shake at night, eat till 8, cut out creatine and if you want something go for the ECA stack it works (ephedra, caffine, asprin) peace
 
Lets not be dicks to each other. I see people acting like jerks and my ban hand gets heavy... We are all adults up in here. Who are here to help each other.
