need a navy seal type workout

just looking for some help on developing a navy seal type workout. i am in the army and assess for special ops in june. hope to get my 2 mile time to around 14 min and do 100 push ups and 80 situps in 2 minutes each. any suggestion would be appreciated.

my stats are 6 ft 2 -220 lbs around 18%bf 35 years old. been in the army 18 years.

right now i run around 8 min mile pace and can maybe do 60 push up in 2 minutes and around 50 situps in 2 minutes. i also want to lose around 25 lbs. thanks wolf
 
indian sprints to improve your time. i am as tall and weigh the same but with 14% bf and i run the 2 mile in 11 30ish. i dont know what spec ops your going for but in 04 i went through selection. the road march is the worst
 
My husband went through selection in 93. He said to train, don't use your car on base, but hump everywhere with your ruck with at least 80 pounds in it. Take plastic bags and fill with sand to get the weight as that is what you will do at selection. He also said the last road march was the worst as they get your feet wet right off the bat. He also was not too found of ammo crate carry during team week as they removed the metal handles and replace them with nylon rope. He says not to worry about the regular pt events and train with the ruck as you will have it on during both land nav week and team week. Also, make sure that you can swim two lengths of a pool without your feet touching. He said that a lot of people got dinged (sic?) for having the feet drag in the shallow end. He told me to tell you good luck, it is definitely mind over matter.
