i havent lifted in about a month i had no free time, the past few days i start lifting again my number decreased alot i got a bottle of methyl 1d and i was wondering if anyone knows when i should start this i dnt want to start it now becuase im just going to get back to where i was and i will not show and new results/max outs...i was thinking about 2-3 weeks....ne help???? o0o and is novadex a good post supp. to take after this cycle?
 
Could you post some stats? Age, weight, height, bf%, training and diet history?

Since your training has been inconsistent I would not recommend using hormonal supps. You need to get your diet and training together and be consistent before worrying about supplementation.
