Need a diet for when im on

Heh, hi guys. Ive recently been on a high protien,moderate fat,low carb diet. Im about 5'7 180 lbs and anywhere between 20-25% bf. Im starting my first cycle and i want to lose a lot of bf while "on" ..My cycle looks like this

250 mg testoviron per week
30 mg anavar ed
and cycles of 2 weeks on 2 weeks off Clenbuterol

This will go on for 8 weeks. I heard that all the fats in my current diet wont be good for while im on a cycle so if you have any better idea im all for it. And please be specific, id love an already planned out meal plan if anyone has one. I really just wanna lose my gut and acually look like i lift weights for once
 
350-400 g protein a day, 3500 cals or so. No carbs after 3 in the afternoon(cycle your carbs in the morning: high, moderate, low/no, repeat). Make sure your eating about every 2-2.5 hours, and drinking a big shake post workout. This post was pretty general so i didnt get specific but if you have questions you can PM.
 
When you say 400 grams of protein a day, how much would you recommend in one sitting?
Any Tips or Tricks on getting all the protein down?

Break it up into at least 4-5 meals, not counting your shakes(or drink them with meals). If you have 4 cans of tuna a day, 2-3 shakes, 1-2 packages of chicken breasts, and a couple nonfat yogurts/glasses of milk you will be up over 350g easily. There are days that I take in 500 g no problem, but sometimes my stomach gets upset before I can get over 300. Spacing it out is key and shakes really help you boost your protein intake without having to eat a ton of food.
